We fabricate pipe racks, power distribution skids, cable tray supports and other custom steel parts for marine, industrial and energy projects. Every piece is built to your drawings and specifications in our shop, using modern cutting, fitting and welding equipment.
Our crew handles the complete process: material takeoff, cutting, fit-up, welding, inspection and preparation for shipment. Whether you need a single component or a full set of modules, we work to your schedule and keep you updated from first cut to final delivery.
From beams and columns to platforms, stairs, handrails and full structural frames, we fabricate structural steel for marine, industrial and commercial projects. Our fitters and welders work from your shop drawings to deliver accurate, square and ready-to-install assemblies.
We can cut, drill, fit, weld and prime components in our shop, then coordinate delivery to your job site or waterfront. Every assembly is checked against your drawings before it leaves, so your erection crew can bolt up and keep moving.
We fabricate carbon steel pipe spools for marine, industrial and process piping systems, including flanged and welded assemblies, elbows, tees, reducers and branch connections. Each spool is cut, fitted and welded to your isometric drawings, then tagged and staged so your installation crew knows exactly where it goes.
By building spools in a controlled shop environment, we reduce field welding, shorten installation time and improve quality. We work closely with your engineers and project managers to meet material specs, dimensions and delivery dates.
We build heavy marine structures for ports, terminals, shipyards and waterfront facilities, including mooring and breasting dolphins, steel pipe piles, offshore jackets, platforms and steel docks. These structures have to stand up to wind, waves, saltwater and heavy vessel loads, so we build them strong from the start.
Our team fabricates pile assemblies, bracing, walkways, fenders and dock framing to your engineered drawings, with welding and coatings suited to the marine environment. We can stage completed sections for barge or truck delivery to keep your waterfront project on schedule.
We provide maintenance, repair and other services for all vessel types, including barges, tugs, workboats and supply vessels. Our crew handles hull and deck plate renewal, structural repairs, fabrication of new brackets, frames and fittings, and general steel work at the dock or in the yard.
